LicenceLoop ("we", "us") helps businesses track licence, permit and insurance renewal dates. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Renewal data: the licences, permits, insurance and certifications you add, including dates, issuing authority, notes and any documents you upload.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide the service: storing your renewals, showing your dashboard, and sending you reminder emails before your renewals expire. We do not sell your personal information.

Email

We send transactional emails (reminders, password resets, account notices). Reminder emails relate directly to the renewals you have chosen to track.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on our server and protected with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your renewals and personal data.

Third parties

We use trusted processors to operate the service (for example, payment processing and email delivery). They handle data only as needed to provide their function.
